They scheduled me within a few days, but due to a cancellation, he got to me faster. They were fast and efficient (the tasks were straightforward, though). The guy replacing the light switch answered my questions, and changed procedures slightly when I requested them. (For example, I wanted connections to the switch's side screws instead of the back screws, so I could see and test them more easily in the future.) Reasonable price.

It was easy to schedule an appointment and the technician was on time. He quickly found the source of the problem and corrected it quickly. He explained options to avoid issue next time. I felt he took the time to educate and inform. I feel this company is as good as advertised. Will hire again.

Darin and his team were fantastic to work with. Very prompt in responding to my initial inquiry. He was willing to do a pre-sight inspection which made me much more comfortable and prepared for the work that was going to be done. They were thorough and efficient and made excellent use of their time. I was impressed with the clean up and testing on everything before they left. Overall I am very, very happy with their services and would gladly call them again if I need any electrical work done.

Great! Darin arrived as expected and walked around to see what was needed and give a better estimate on cost. He was honest, knowledgeable and upfront on the work that was needed to be done. After approving the estimate he got right to work and was mindful of which rooms I may need access to. He cleaned up any mess/debris left from drilling. He was meticulous with measuring and patient with my decision making. The job was completed quicker than expected. He did an excellent job and I will have him back for any future electrical needs. Very professional!
