They did a good job on the install and all of the equipment has worked well until sometime in the last year. At some point after last April the system stopped sending the signal to the monitoring service. We didn't know the system wasn't being monitored until one day last week when a transformer blew and we lost power. At that point the control panel started beeping about every 5 seconds in the middle of the night. Master Burglar came out the next day and after about an hour determined that the cellular module in the main module wasn't working. This was the cause of the lack of signal being sent. The technician indicated they would provide a quot e the next day. It's been 3 business days and still no quote. The more disconcerting thing is that they never notified us that there was a problem with the monitoring service despite the fact that we were paying for it.
Bottom line is there are better options for the monitoring service at a better rate. No complaints on the equipment installation.

We have used them for more than thirty years. They installed the alarm system in a older house. They have been able to maintain the system with state of the art parts and some of the original equipment of the alarm system. They are very responsive to calls. They are professional and helpful. They have also solved the few technical problems I have had easily and quickly.

They seem to be just fine. I haven't had a break in so I'm not real sure what the response time is. If I have any questions on my bill they have always been real helpful but as far as anything else I really can't say one way or the other.

I like the fact that Master provides regular service checks on my alarm system. It lets me know everything is working properly. I have accidentally set off the alarm before and must say that they have an excellent response time as well. I also like the fact that I can pay them annually too. They have a nice little outfit that I can trust without a doubt.

Since I have had my new alarm installed, I have not had any major troubles. The people at Master's are very kind and thorough when explaining how to manage your system. They have even been back once to replace some older wiring near the back door at no extra charge. I am very glad that I switched companies and have no intention on switching again.

I have not had any trouble whatsoever with the people from Masters or any of the equipment either. They are an ordinary company who offers ordinary service and ordinary prices. I am an ordinary customer who is satisfied with her ordinary services and sees no reasons at this time to change anything out of the ordinary.
