Luxury Auto is worthy of the name "luxury." I am happy with the the price and experiences, I have had with them. Dealer parts were used and installed as quickly as if I had gone to the dealership. The staff is friendly, efficient, and effective. They pay attention to the details, such as an extremely clean waiting area, making it easy to receive a loaner vehicle, and effortless pickup of a freshly vacuumed and repaired car.

The price they quoted me was about 20-25% less than the BMW dealership quoted me and they were able to get me in the day after I called. They provided me with a loaner vehicle and even washed the outside of my car when they were finished repairing it! These guys are awesome and I'm definitely using them over the dealership from now on.

They were able to fit me in on my schedule, provided a free loaner vehicle, used OEM Mercedes parts and washed my car when they were done! Thomas is the owner and is extremely helpful in walking me through everything about my car. He pointed out things that were going wrong with it and listed them in order of importance so I would know what needed to be done immediately and what could wait for a little while. Overall, their prices were about 15-20% less than I was paying at the dealership and I'm a lot more confident in their abilities, especially knowing that Thomas is a Master Mechanic and he used to run the local Mercedes Dealership service center. I'm definitely a loyal customer and will be recommending to everyone I know who drives a luxury vehicle and wants it taken care of the right way.
