it all went well. Cleaning was thorough and all areas suggested for cleaning, and a few extra, were completed.

Lucy's team has been AWESOME. I've been using them for about 2 years. They come and they clean the big stuff, yes, but also the nooks and crannies. I am very organized at work but a bit of a mess at home, and they help with tidying and dishes. With other housecleaning services I've used, there's always some cobweb that never gets cleaned or item that never gets dusted that ends up annoying me. That has never happened with Lucy's service. They do, however, have a strict list of things that they won't do (or at least not without a special fee), which includes laundry and cleaning the refrigerator, so don't expect to be able to negotiate for those items. Since she usually sends 2-3 people, they are in and out quickly. They generally show up at the time promised, with only a few exceptions in 2 yrs. Most of the workers are primarily Spanish speakers, so it helps if you can hablar un poco de Espanol. But, if not, they will make it work, and Lucy herself speaks excellent English for scheduling and arrangements. I've used 6-7 other cleaning services in my 20 years in Austin, and Lucy's is by far the best!

They arrived on time and did meticulously do the requested service. The supervisor was very thorough in doing and supervising.

The best cleaning job that unit ever had!

I used to use this service in my home. I recently sold my house and moved into an apartment, i.e. and quot;man-caveand quot;. Lucy sent someone the same day and worked a cleaning miracle.

They were great. They exceeded our expectations and I would call them if I ever needed housecleaning again.

I really do know of anything we disliked. My brother was living with my mom at the time. So, he would know more about it than I do, but from everything I heard from both my mom and my brother, they were both very pleased with the service. I did not hear anything negative. The price seems maybe a little high for what they are doing. The quality of the work seemed fine. I believe there were no any problems with when they were coming or anything. We are probably not going to use them because the only reason is my mom has moved up with me and this is an area outside of where they provide services. We are quite away and for that reason, we cancelled services.

Lucy and her team of 4 were fantastic. It was an empty house that needed a full professional cleaning after move out to ready for new owners. She and her crew were running a bit long on prior appointment but she sent another team member ahead to meet me at the house as scheduled. He started work on some items requiring a ladder and garage sweep out while waiting for the rest of the team to arrive. A thorough cleaning was done including wipe out of all cabinets and drawers, ceiling fans, baseboards and door/window moldings, hard water stains from showers. Lucy call me about 30 minutes ahead of when job would be done so I could return in time from running errands.

They cleaned well. The people were nice and friendly. I will use them again in a couple of weeks and see how they do on a regular basis. I am very picky, and I like a thorough cleaning.
However, I would like to have a set number of hours and pay them that way instead of by the job. Sometimes I have extra things that I need done, and that way I would know how much time I had.

Wonderful!! The only service my wife will allow to clean for us!! Lucy cleans to my wife's standards and NO ONE cleans as well as my wife! Prompt, professional!! Lucy and her team rocks!!

Lucy and her team are thorough and provide quality service at a very reasonable price. We have been using them for nearly two years now and are very pleased - we plan to continue using them indefinitely. We love the smell of our clean home each day that they have serviced our home, and they are extremely easy to work with. They even fold our laundry and put away the dishes, and have no problem with our dog. They are a family-owned business and we are pleased with the service.

I didn't call until the day before I needed them to come. I explained that I would need them the following morning and there was no hesitation - Lucy said they would be there at 8:00 AM and they were there right on time. The minute they got there they went to work21 They cleaned EVERYTHING including ceiling fans, blinds, interior windows, changed linens, dusted, vacuumed, mopped, toilets, showers, tubs, lavatories and the entire kitchen.

She showed up late. She did very little work and spent too much time on the phone. She only accomplished about 10% of the work that I asked her to complete.
