I like going there. I would recommend them. When they delivered it, they brought it in, set it up, and showed me the important stuff that I needed to know.

The experience was good. They're the only one that sells the particular brand that we wanted. It was an excellent service. They were informative and professional. They were very good. Service is really good. Their price was fine.

The doors went well but the windows did not; it was a mess. They ended up taking off a lot because of all the mistakes they made. In the long run, I think we are going to be happy, but it was quite problematic. They were very good about cutting the price. We got a better deal because of the mess up than we would have had otherwise. They kept calling us back to say they were sorry. We got another company to come and rectify the problems. The total project was spread over six months. I think we would use them again in the future because we have also had a wonderful bamboo floor installed by them, and that work went perfectly well.

We had a couple other estimates done and they were kind of high end. We had previously had Lowe's do windows for us. They actually put the block in the frame and they were able to pop in the windows and do the job in half a day. It has been wonderful and we were really, really pleased with it. They were very professional. We would highly recommend them. There were four narrow windows in the front that we couldn't even use before and it wasn't very attractive. They look beautiful from the outside and the light that comes in is amazing. We are very, very happy with it.

I was very upset with the work that Lowe s did. The unit was not put in correctly, the service was a nightmare and they were three hours late for the scheduled appointment. I was so angry with the fact that they just seem like they had a lot of knowledge of how to install the unit and the tardiness was unacceptable.

I was not very enthused with the services I received from Lowes. They ended up installing a door that they knew was defective. It looked okay at first, but, when I checked into it they had told me they already had the old door torn out and more and less had no choice but to go ahead and install the defective door to close it off. I was disgusted, and do not ever want to use their services again.

I can not give these guys enough credit for the remarkable job they did. The floors look like they are new again it is amazing how well they turned out. I am yet to find a single scuff mark or scratch any where. Hopefully, the floors will stay this way for a while to come, but, I know that when that time comes to have it all refinished again Lowes is who I will be calling.
