They have good merchandise with reasonable prices, however there seems to be some sort of staffing issues. I have difficulty finding anyone to answer my questions or help me locate items. Maybe they are understaffed.

The way the plumbing was connected was giving us issues, and so they had to redo the plumbing in the house. I went to them and I was happy. Their price was reasonable.

Would love to get another one for such a great price!

I have been doing a lot of home improvement projects myself and I go there for all the tools. I like their online ordering system. They have the order ready for me when I get there. It makes it easier to get in and out.

We were really pleased with them and they were contractors with Lowe's. It was a good sale. We got it installed it for free. It's been awesome and we are very pleased with it. The price was lower because it was on a sale. It was a good price. The person that installed it was very competent and on time. He did a good job. He was courteous. We were impressed. When we bought the house the dishwasher was never installed right so I guess that's why we were so impressed. They had to delay installing it because they had sold so many dishwashers at a lower price. They told us that, and we knew that's what is going to happen. They called at the time they said they would. It was two weeks that it was delayed. It would have been a problem if our dishwasher wasn't working and it was working but it wasn't just working great.

I use them because they are the closest to my house. They didn't have a couple of products so I had to go to another place to purchase them. The quality of the service that they provide has been very good. My overall experience with them has been okay.

It cost me $15000 to get the windows done. They were very good. The basic salesmen made me feel comfortable to use them. I would recommend the quality of their work.

Everything went well. They cabinets are craftmade. They are good quality. The design service was free. The woman that I worked with was extremely nice, hard working, and diligent. I feel that she wasn't well-trained so it took a lot of my time to sit with her to figure out exactly what we needed.

The Lowe's price for Wayne Dalton garage doors is about half what you pay from a garage door installer. I spent two hours in the store with the sales rep before he finally told me I would have to come back the next day to complete my order. No color samples or brochures for the doors were available and the colors shown on the website ended up being completely inaccurate. Lowe's did not carry the garage door opener I wanted to go with the doors. The rep told me I could purchase the openers on my own and have the installers put them in. The day before installation was to take place, I brought this up to the installer, who informed me that he could not install the openers due to a non-competition contract with Lowe's, and that having them installed by anyone else would void my Lowe's installation warranty. Lowe's was completely unwilling to work with me to find a solution to this situation. I ended up canceling installation services through Lowe's and contracting on my own to have the doors and openers installed. All in all, the Lowe's service was unprofessional and lousy. They should get brochures and color samples for the doors they sell, and they should be up front about what they can and cannot provide to customers.

They went really well. The salesman, Jay, was very helpful. He offered a lot of information and guidance. The company worked with us on the price. They tried to find ways to cut costs. We were very pleased with their quality. We will use them again in the future.

Terrible!

This company screwed up the installation, so they refunded the $200 they charged for the installation. I had to wait several times because the installer never showed up when he promised. Then after he installed the door, he cracked the wood on the frame and he forgot to tell me he disabled our alarm. I wouldn't hire this company to hang a picture.

Excellent workmanship to install carpet and tile. There was a box of broken tile which had to be reordered and delayed installation by a couple of days. The sales specialist kept in communication with me as did the installer all along the way.

I had loved their work every time I've used them. I loved my shed they built for me. I used it for my horse's saddles and things. It was made to look like an old fashioned barn and it was fabulous. The couple that Lowe's sent out to install the shed was very nice and got the work done in one single day and man was it a hot one.

The tiling they put in looks great. They are all in line with one another. Everything went really good with the installation. It took them about three days to finish the job and I was very happy with that. They took their time and did the job right.

I went out to Lowes and picked out cabinets and countertops for my 15x17 square foot kitchen. They had a lot to choose from and they arranged for the sub contractor to install them. Everything went okay and I was happy with the service they provided me with.

I have nothing to complain about from Lowes or the subcontractors. They both did excellent. The quality of carpet, padding, and the work performed was good. The men were very friendly to us, and we really liked that about them. We would be happy to recommend this company to others.

The experience started out rough but it was good at the end. We had a few problems with them saying that they could do things that as it turned out they couldn't do. They did end up giving us some money off so we were happy with that. All of our windows look great.
