I called at about 1 pm on Saturday, asking if they could get me in that day, and they said they could if I came within an hour.
I got there, they took care of me professionally, and I went on my way!

Manny called me back promptly and scheduled the appointment.. Lupe showed up on time at my house and did all the work in timely fashion while I sat inside the air conditioning. Very professional and great price. I shopped around.

Great price compared to the dealer, work done within 2 hours. The only thing is that after the new window replaced, the window is not close as tight as original, so there's a little gap between the window and the convertible top.

They told me it would take 45 minutes, and that's exactly how long it took. It looks like they did a good job.

Picked these guys based on their price, was very competitive. They came out to replace glass in 2010 Prius and then within minutes said they did not have right gasket. I told them they could do it either next day (SAT) or on Monday. They told me they would get back to me. Did not hear from them again until Monday when they came out and did the job. Work seems good, glass not leaking and appears to be same as put in by factory. Also comes with Warranty which is honored nationwide.Overall very happy with the work.

I was shocked when my email requesting a quote was returned with a phone call within 5 minutes. The proprietor gets his email on his phone and so was able to respond quickly. He gave me a quote for my vehicle right on the phone. They could have come out to replace my windshield that afternoon (at my workplace) but I chose to go with the next day. No extra charge for the convenience. It was threatening rain the next day so I took it into their shop (only about 5 miles from my workplace). They tried to save the rubber + wire seal around the old windshield but it wasn't possible. They gave me the new seal for their cost price for it. All told - with new windshield, successfully transferred toll-tag and labor it was just over $200. I left my waterbottle at the store and went back to retrieve it 3 days later. I was shocked again (pleasantly) when they remembered and greeted me by name. It's the little things that make an excellent customer service experience.

They came to my office at the appointed time and completed the job in 45 minutes. Chris was friendly and professional. And most importantly, it didn't leak even though it rained the rest of that day and all night.

I logged on to Angie's list and got their name. I called and Henry gave me a quick quote and said he could service me immediately. When I called I also let him know I had two kids with me, and he said that would be no problem. I got there, gave him my keys, and they had my windshield replaced in under an hour. They have a big screen TV and we got to use the remote to find some cartoons. They also have a drink vending machine. I also thought they were easy to get to coming from South Mopac.

Had a bit of a rough start with the shop not opening on time Saturday morning at 8:30am as expected. The owner got delayed and no one was there until 9:15am. But once the work started, it was done in about an hour. The quality of the installation and the professionalism displayed by the owner and technician was excellent. Henry says he has franchises around the country and manages them all from this shop in Austin, emphasizing factory training for the technicians, low prices, quick installations, and friendly service. I was very happy with this shop and will return again. And the price was less than using salvage yard glass with installation.
