The experience was terrible. The mover (owner Will Cantrell) and one of his helpers were late in coming, had to be called multiple times, and then deferred until the next day when they were again late. When they finally did come, they moved the furniture as they should have, but when they returned with the piano they were late and they broke the music rack. Will repeatedly promised to fix it or replace it, but so far (2 months later) has not. He "lost" the original rack and still promises to make it right (when he actually responds to one of our phone calls or e-mails, which is very infrequently).
