My Panasonic upright needed a belt. The provider replaced the belt; even though they do not usually support the brand.

My overall experience with them was fine. I would rate them highly across the board. I would use them in the future if I needed to.

Fabulous purchase and fabulous service. Several months ago I needed a new switch for my vacuum cleaner. I hoped replacement would be under $100, but feared the worst. Mr. Long called me with "good news and bad news." The bad news was that he could replace the switch, but it would cost $65. The good news was that they were replacing my vacuum cleaner hose (which had been cut open to remove something lodged inside and then taped back together with duct tape) for free because they just happened to have one lying around. These folks are awesome! They are extremely well-informed about the products they sell, and they sell the BEST vacuum cleaners. Most places would have probably tried to talk me into replacing the vacuum cleaner, but Mr. Long told me I'd probably get at least another 5 years out of my vacuum cleaner. They believe in selling products that aren't disposable, but that will last for years and years. Now that's what I call a great company!

I originally went to them because I had a problem with my vacuum. While I was waiting for them to repair it, I bought a new washer and dryer which they delivered and installed. I don't remember the price, but I was very happy. They also didn't charge me to fix the vacuum.
