Everything went perfectly down to the smallest detail. Since the day I entered in Bill shop I knew I could stop searching for my new floor. Bill was honest and helpful from the first moment. I had just move in US and he took a lot of time to explain me everything about the woodfloor and the job he and his time would have done. Bill took care of everything. His team was on time every day, they were amazingly nice, polite and careful to all my requests. They did a splendid job. The job was finished on time. We had a lot of works in our house since last summer and I can say that bill and is team were really outstanding from day one until the end of the works.

Jose and his team showed up when they said they would and were polite and courteous. They were hard workers and worked long hours to complete the job on time. Bill (owner) was attentive, checked to see how job was progressing and was responsive to questions.

Replaced carpet and laminate with hardwood on second floor and installed new carpet on first floor..

Would recommend and use again.

Frank and David are the best. They were both very professional, prompt and courteous. Frank had someone out to repair the tile, and in the end came out and finished the job himself! Great work, too. David refinished the tile, sealed the grout and it looked like it did 20 years ago. I would not hesitate to use them again and have referred them to several friends.

The job took slightly longer than anticipated, but every other aspect of the experience was perfect. The rep (Tony Rodriguez) was extremely responsive, MUCH more so than any other highly-rated Angie's list vendor (People's Flooring never even returned my calls). He was able to schedule getting my floors done with short notice, helped my weigh the pros and cons of each flooring option, and the installation crew worked diligently and did an excellent job. I wish I hadn't waited so long to get new floors!

Everything was perfect from the sales rep to the installation. The price was reasonable and the quality of the carpet was good. It fit perfectly into our room and stairway. They finished the job in a timely manner and they knew their work well. I would recommend them to friends or neighbors.
