They did a wonderful job. The project turned out so much better than we thought it would. We have a 50 year old house with cracked slabs that extended onto the porch. Also had an old deck that was warped. This was all replaced by a composite deck. They replaced old cracked sidewalks with new pavers and stones. Also, added to the small pool area, which makes it so much more usable. It's very modern looking now. The whole team was so good to work with. Great communication and quick to respond. We highly recommend.

They did the designing. They built a stone built-in groove area. They dug in and built a stone patio. They built stone steps and different little short walls. They did a lot of hardscaping. They did planter beds. They did not do much planting as at that time our budget was dwindling away. We have a sideways slope when we look at our back door. It slopes down to the left. We were trying to figure out how to make it more usable. My husband and I toyed with different ideas. Later I worked with Cody, the person from Live Oak, and designed the whole thing. We worked back and forth with different ideas until we came up with a good plan. They got the approvals from HOA. We broke up the job into phases so that we could afford it better. It took less than a week to do the built in groove and kitten area. It took a week to do the rest of the hardscaping job. They came and fixed a couple of things over a period of time. They were very efficient. We had done some landscaping work earlier and we had a fair idea about the prices. Cody had some unique ideas and he was prepared to think outside the box. He came up with the best idea of putting the groove next to the house and not in the middle of the yard. It was easier to access it and the back of the house looked better. I was not keen on using brick that matched the house. He found a way to put the brick in and put the stone around it in such a way that some of the brick was showing through. Nobody else had these ideas. We were lucky that they had the right plans for us and did it at a reasonable price. We are happy the way things turned out. They did a good job. We hope to have them back and do a fireplace for us.
