The owner adds small print to his contract so he can charge you more than the bottom line on the invoice. He left me with a poorly constructed sagging fence. His contract said $2500, i paid $2500 but somehow he says I still owe him money when he calls three weeks after completion and refuses to honor warranty. Contract states 8 ft spacing on posts he spaced at 10 feet to save money. Says he doesn t warranty warped wood but it is not warped it is sagging because of over spacing. Terribly rude and takes no accountability. Guilts me for clapping back. Customer is right, service 101. Hire at your own risk. He is not a responsible business owner. Heck, i would have paid him the difference despite his snake ways if it wouldn t have been for a guilt trip attitude and him not honoring his warranty. I can t tell you how disgusted I am with this guy. I haven t ever had such bad service and product. $2500 and now I have to pay another contractor to correct his terrible work.Way to go Kevin, dirt bag

Kevin was great to work with and the fence looks great.

The gate was hard to get open and he nailed a picket to the house, but the owner had him come back & cut the picket to size and fix the latch. Most will not come back & fix any problems. Will use him again.

Communication through the Home Advisor web site was a problem since it required everyone to be at their computer all the time. Simple phone calls work much better. Replacing a very old wood fence with wooden posts by a new wood fence with metal posts was done quickly. The workmanship quality was excellent. The bid was very good considering the cost of the materials.

Quick response to request for bid. They were able to schedule the job quickly and the quality of the work appears to be excellent, and my expectation is that it will hold up over time.
