**Make sure you check out our Non-Member Reports!!* Life's Next Step specializes in helping older adults and their families when downsizing and making transitional moves. Our goal is to get you moved painlessly. We help physically and emotionally by helping you go through the contents of your home, assist in deciding what you should take and how those items will fit in your new home. Additionally, we arrange and oversee the movers, telephone, internet and cable services, pack and unpack, decorate as you like it, set-up your computers, hang pictures, really, anything that you need to make your new home comfortable and ready for immediate move-in. We also have referral sources for estate sale coordinators, realtors, contractors, you name it. Life's Next Step started in January 2008 and is a member of the NASMM (National Association of Senior Move Managers). LNS is fully insured and hire only individuals that have a huge heart and understanding of just how difficult a move can be. They are employees and not subcontractors. Initial consultations are always free. Additionally, due to my construction background, I offer construction management services. LNS will help you obtain the most reliable contractors and oversee the construction process from beginning to end. Whether you have an insurance claim, need repairs in order to put your home on the market, need restoration to make your home more livable or simply feel it is time to update, Life's Next Step is here to help.

"[Member Name Removed], firstly, I apologize if there was any confusion regarding the expense of our services being distinct from the expense of the approved 3rd party contractor hired on your behalf. As discussed, explicitly stated on our executed service agreement, and outlined on our website, part of our services includes helping individuals source contractors to provide the requested services, and our expense is based on all time associated with sourcing bids, scheduling and overseeing contractors, and any other time necessary to accomplish the requested tasks. Again, I do apologize if this was not made clear enough and am happy to discuss each line item of our invoice with you and have left you numerous messages to try and do so. Secondly, while I appreciate your feedback and sharing your opinion about the situation we are in, I do have to address this review as I run my business with the highest ethical standards. I have been in business since 2008, receive 71% of my clients from referrals, with 27% of my business each year coming from repeat clients. I assure you that working in my industry I would not be able to still be in business and receive the high volume of referrals and repeat clients if I were unethical with my clients. I would like to mend this with you, as it would truly upset me to leave you with this perception of our work. While you have been unwilling to discuss this with me on the phone thus far, I would like to be able to communicate with you over the phone to avoid any miscommunication."
