The staff were on time and did a decent job of cleaning. I had hoped for more thorough cleaning and attention to detail. We did one time cleaning of the floors and bathrooms. There was some confusion about the hours as I thought that they would be there for however long it takes to clean. The estimated rate was for 2.5 hours of cleaning and so they rushed up to finish within the time limit. I had requested for natural and eco friendly cleaning products. The cleaning staff did not communicate very well and were not able to tell me the product names when I asked them. My son's toy room (carpeted) had his toys all over the place and the cleaning staff cleaned around the toys( which was very less free space) without moving anything. Kelly was really nice to not charge me when I had to reschedule the visit in the last minute. I haven't used any other cleaning service, so I can't compare. If you are looking for someone who can do basic cleaning, let kelly can do it.

They are lovely people to talk to on the phone and the ladies they have sent me are competent and nice people. I feel comfortable with them.

I have used Let Kelly to clean my house for several months.  These were tough shoes to fill.  We have moved from Illinois to Texas and I had my house cleaner which was a girlfriend's business for 20 years.  Kelly's staff came in and did a wonderful job.  Last week we were doing some construction in our house, replacing some porcelain flooring and I needed to reschedule for the end of the week.  At first she could only fit me in one day later.  I took it as I thought the old floor would be up and most of the dust done, so we could get ready for my weekend guests.  The floor needed a bomb to get it up.  It was a mess.  They came in to clean and dust was flying.   So her crew came back Friday late in the afternoon and cleaned that house until 6:30 so it would be clean for my guests.  My 86 year old father and I worked on it during the week, but they took the cleaning to the next level.  Something we could never had done.  So thank you.  You have earned a customer for a good while.

I cannot begin to tell you how much we like Let Kelly service!  I just thought I knew the meaning of "deep clean" before Let Kelly.  We tried another cleaning service before we employed Let Kelly; the first one did a nice job, I thought, but no one sent us a follow up to see how we liked it, and when I emailed them, I received NO response.  I was a bit bewildered, so I called Let Kelly.  Right away, Kelly herself called us and then came out for a visit to discuss what we could expect of her service and to find out any special needs or requests.  We were already impressed, but we were in for a huge, wonderful surprise when two maids came to clean.  Their professional work was nothing short of phenomenal!  They did what is known as a "make ready" in sales marketing vernacular.  Three days later, we are still marveling at how really thorough they were and how clean the house still is!  We go without shoes through the house so we can feel the clean wood and tile floors!! I recommend Let Kelly if you want your home the cleanest it's ever been, and Let Kelly is reasonably priced.

What would we do without Let Kelly!!?? Kelly and her team are an integral part of the incredible success of our short term rental. We utilize both her property management and cleaning services. Kelly herself is an absolute joy to work with - positive, responsive, flexible, and knowledgeable in all aspects of this industry. Her admin and cleaning staff are very friendly and competent. Any STR owner knows that it is vital the property be in immaculate condition when a guest arrives, and her cleaning crew's attention to detail is beyond comparison. We had tried other cleaning services before finding Let Kelly and the difference was staggering. We travel quite a bit, but sleep well at night knowing our property is in Let's Kelly's amazing care. We enthusiastically recommend Let Kelly to anyone who seeks an absolutely superior service experience!

Cat was on time, competent, cheerful. Lovely attitude, which made it easy for me to "instruct" her in what I needed done first...have  already arranged to have her return next week.  Have had no problems with communication with Ms. Kelly...found her easy to work with, too...perhaps those early problems were part of the inevitable shake-down period of any new business?

My house looks amazing after Let Kelly pays a visit. It always makes my day to see it. They are always on time and very accommodating when I need to reschedule.

Professionalism and friendliness permeates this company.  From start to finish, everything was a pleasure.  I met with Kelly in person to quote my job and then was contacted by her office to schedule a time to have the cleaning done.  Kelly was on-time, friendly, and very nice to deal with.  She quoted what I thought was a  fair rate for the services i had to have done...the office space i needed cleaned was an absolute mess.  The cleaning girls showed up on time, were very courteous and professional, and did an absolutely fantastic job on the cleaning itself.  I totally recommend these guys to other angieslisters.

Catharine is wonderful and can really develop a system that works for your home office and household.  The money you pay for her will be an investment for more time and less clutter in the future...not to mention less stress!  I am so glad I called these ladies!

They are a service company that does anything from home cleaning to lawn services. They can run errands for you and can pick up dry-cleaning. I’ve used them for over a year. I worked with them on organizing my husband’s office and they also cleaned my house. They are thorough, convenient, and the staff is very friendly.
