After delaying my installation 4 different times, the work crew showed up and the lead installer (John) told me that my yard was not leveled and that the granite would end up being carried away by rain.  I had not been informed of this issue  by the sales person prior to the installation date and since it had been moved several times already, I referred to my neighbor,  Rolando Balli, who owns Austin Stonescapes.  His crew had a break that morning so he came over to understand what needed to be done, and fortunately, they were able to build a retaining wall that morning (it's beautiful!).

I was frustrated that I found out about this issue the morning of installation. Had my neighbor not been available that morning, we would have had to delay it again.

Over the next several days, the crew came and went without informing me about the schedule.  Apparently they were fitting me in with another job so they were switching between the two jobs.

John, the lead installer often sat on my back patio (which is directly outside my living room window), smoked and had several angry conversations with someone. This made me very uncomfortable and I let the sales manager know.

The work done on my lawn was poor. This company hires workers, not craftsman. I have many pictures of edges that look like a young child cut them, They also chose to put a major seam right out my back window where I see it every time I look at it.  There were better options for where they placed that seam. 

I love having the turf in my back yard. It was a great decision but every day I look out my back window, I am reminded of the horrible job this company did with my yard. I DO NOT recommend them.  Contact me at [email protected] if you would like to see the pictures.
