Window Treatment Service, Alterations/Sewing/Decorating
Avoid this company like the plague. Gave her a deposit, she never called or responded to my calls or certified mail letters for over two months. Then I call her subcontractor (I finally called him to find out what was going on) and he said he wasn't going to make the draperies because she owed him for several past jobs and he wasn't going to do further work for her until he got paid. Nice. Finally, after I threatened to pursue legal action, she called me back and said she had been in the hospital. For three months? Whatever. I contracted with her subcontractor directly and he did a great job. However, I was out the deposit and three months. Terrible, awful service. Oh, and while all this was going on, I decided to check the Better Business Bureau. Sure enough, her company was rated "unsatisfactory" due to past complaints. I submitted my own to the stack.
