I did not have a good experience with them. We had a virus and had to take it in. We needed as much as the information saved as possible and had very particular files that we told them about. We even told them where they were. When they wiped out the drive they didn't take everything the way they were supposed to migrate the information as they said they would. We lost a lot of photos because of miscommunication. I was not pleased. They were not sympathetic. I will not use them again.

We had given them a lot of business before. A year later I didn't recognize anybody there. They put me off and made me wait on other people after I had called them because they hadn't called me. They ended up ruining three of my computers. Beware!

VERY SATISFIED. I WAS AMAZED ALL OF MY FILES WERE NOT LOST AND ALSO IMPRESSED WITH HOW QUICKLY THE TECHNICIAN RECOVERED MY FILES. I'M ALSO GETTING A GOOD DEAL ON A NEW COMPUTER.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. WE WERE WORRIED OUR COMPUTER WAS GONE. THEY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT, AND FIXED IT FOR A VERY RESONABLE PRICE. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.
