They changed my oil, and cleaned off the car and they didn't try to sell me anything. They were impressive and I will go back to them.

It was about 3 months ago that we used them every time and I have this way daring car that kept alive for a while and they were fine enough to pay when it was time to go to get a new one. They always have their price recommended other companies that turned out to be good. They were good.

I was a walk-in for a state inspection and they got me in and out in 30 minutes.  Extremely friendly and professional!  The waiting area was nicely decorated and very clean.  They also had a kids area which I didn't use but won't hesitate to bring my kiddos next time with me.  Will definitely go back again for other services!

We use Kwik Kar for all our service needs. The owners are very personable and knowledgeable. Customer waiting area is clean and comfortable. Never have felt pressure to do more services than able to afford. They are great about telling you which services are the most important to do first if you are on a budget. We had always done oil changes with them since they opened their location. We were sold on their automotive repair department when we took in a list from our Honda dealer telling us we needed $3000 in repairs. When I came to quick car they quickly inspected the vehicle and told me what needed taken care of first and which I could wait on and some things I still have never needed. On another vehicle, we came in with a leak that was possibly a very expensive repair job. They fixed from the least expensive possible repair one at a time until we fixed it. No more leak and know engine over haul. All there staff are clean cut and well mannered. We also get our annual vehicle inspections there. They always remind me when one is due when I go in for my oil changes. They serve drinks and you get to choose a chocolate as you are cashing out.

They are very prompt. Someone greets you right away on the lot. They are very efficient and have a nice waiting area that is family and dog friendly. They are always very courteous and answer any questions I have.

When I spoke to them over the phone to confirm they did state inspections, they were friendly and helpful.  I got stuck in traffic but they were still willing to take me in a little late.  My husband was there long before me and got a chance to watch how they interacted with a number of customers. 
I was very impressed by a number of things I'm not used to appreciating at a place where I get my oil changed.  The waiting room was comfortable and very clean.  They had coffee out, a play area for kids and a generally pleasant environment.  They not only changed my husband's oil but took him out to the car to review the status of his filters and general car health.  They didn't suggest he needed to have anything done at that time, but let him know about upcoming maintenance he would want to be prepared for.  He saw the same pattern occur with other customers.  When there were no cars in the maintenance bay, the employees were sweeping up, cleaning tools and machines - never idle.  The service was reasonably quick and the price was in line with what I expected. 
An oil change and two state inspections later, they were clean, professional, friendly and informative - pretty much everything I would want and was unaccustomed to getting.
