KTA subcontracted some of the work, but they were here to monitor the progress all the time. Each subcontractor was outstanding and I would not hesitate to have any of them back again. The project was done on time and on cost.
One of the best things was that we were able to make changes as the project progressed. For example, when the stone masons were here, we worked with them to modify how it would look. They had some ideas based on their experience that were very helpful.
Overall, the additional was better than I imagined. KTA is a family business and by the time the project was completed I met four generations of the family that owns KTA construction.
