Krystal Klean of Austin

Overall, I was not very pleased with it. The person that came out wasn't very professional looking. He didn't have any type of uniform or any type of markings that associated them specifically with Krystal Klean so I was really skeptical even letting him in. He was very quick. He was out of the house much quicker than I expected. It really didn't resolve the problem issue that I had which were some stains from dogs in my carpeted area.

I asked about adding on or paying extra for some pet stains; they agreed and I added $75 from the initial deal specific to pet stains.  However, they were unable to get most of the stains out... I believe that they tried their best, but I was disappointed that the stains couldn't come out.  The non-stained areas were cleaned very thoroughly.

It was exceptional and they were outstanding. The team did a great job, were very thorough and had a great attitude. I intend on a regular basis.

Two guys showed up, inspected the area and went to work on cleaning the carpet.  They were cordial and have everything done under 2 hours.  I was happy with the results.

Company communications was good.  They showed up on time and did a thorough job!  Will use them again.

They were very accommodating when I need to switch the date and time. They were professional and they all spoke english.  Great value and great customer service. 

It went great from A to Z.

They were very good. My overall experience with them was excellent.

I use Krystal Kleen's services regularly and I'm always happy. They quickly figured out what I like and catered to that without reminders. Also great w/dogs.

Jackie did an excellent job cleaning my home despite the fact that she was working by herself (her cleaning partner was ill that day). Very personable and good attention to details.

The carpet cleaning was pretty good but I did not actually meet the guy who did the cleaning because I was out when they were there. I was not too impressed the cleaning service however; they did not do a good job in the bathrooms and bedrooms. The lady who cleaned was average; I had to do a lot of the cleaning myself. I used them because they had good reviews on Angie's List. They were about 30 minutes late for our appointment.

It was supposed to be really cheap, but then I had them do a couple extra things which bumped up the price a little bit. I was going to have him clean all the carpets in my house, but when he came he said they had recently been cleaned. Instead I had him stretch all of my carpets because they were all pretty loose. He called to say he was coming, but his call was closer to the end of the window of time. He ended up showing up after the time window given which was fine since he had called. My kids and I had just sat around all day waiting around and we hadn't moved in yet so we really didn't have anything to do. It was really aggravating. I thought their pricing was very fair, probably the best one I really have ever seen.
