Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
It was supposed to take 5-6 weeks, but ended up taking 11. The communication was terrible and the contractor supervision and design consultation by Pamela Krisan was minimal at best. She made serious design and planning errors, which ended up causing serious problems. She tried to charge me extra for things which were supposed to be included in the fixed price estimate, and twice tried to charge me for appliance installation (which she knew I paid directly to the supplier).
