I met with the owner Jim? and technician Albert during the remodel going over vent location tradeoffs in a smallish bathroom. Jim is fun to talk to, and was more communicative than other folks I've used in the area. Albert was very responsive and professional. Didn't mind talking technical to the customer. Was very neat, protected carpet, etc. Cannot comment on price because it's the first time I've dealt with central air! Would use again
