After using this service I would recommend just getting a real estate lawyer to go over downloaded contract to customize it. Seems a much better and cheaper way to go. I found my buyer! I found our new ranch purchase, Lawrence made a killing. he wanted us to take first offer which was way low telling us another may not come along. After refusing the low offer we ended up selling at much more than first offer, with multiple offers pending. We found our buyer through an online ad and found our new ranch on line. We were buying farm and ranch land and found we knew more about it than our realtor! Just be sure you read everything several times before signing as he is an expert at making sure Keller Williams gets the best deal even if it means you loses during the process. If we had it to do all over we would just get a lawyer and work with the title company. the title company will make sure everything is done right for the fora after and filing of deed? between a lawyer and a title company you will save money on the realtor service. A lot of money!
