General Remodeling
Dishonest. Dishonorable. Horrible job. My wife and I had to project manage this after the project ran three months over the original due date. The work, to say the least, was sub-par. Windows were not centered on walls or level one room to the next. No subfloor preparation work done prior to installation of expensive hardwood flooring. Improper tile installation. Actually, installed glass tile backwards. I notice cracks in some of the drywall. Upon inspection of the foundation I noticed that the contractor failed to proper secure structural bracing using two screws where up to 10 should have been used. Contractor was paid in full for the work. The contractor misappropriated funds and filed for bankruptcy leaving me and dozens of other home owners to pay his subcontractors. $15K in my case; others were out of significantly more. Heinous given that Kelcon was paid after each phase. Charming personality, but the lack of character demonstrated by this individual is unparalleled.
