KEENE ROOFING

Cannot honestly make any statesments because we thought we were paying our home builder (who are out of business) to build our home correctly for us since we were paying them. This roofer and or his sub-contractors, employees installed our roof knowing that it was not installed properly. We have had to repair rotted decking, reshingle areas due to what seems to be the installation of old shingles, replace the chimney cricket, flashing around chimney and replace and install valley flashing that was too short along with flashing installed so that water ran behind the edging and rotted out decking. Also reshingled edges that were cut back too short. Had a competent roofer fix these problems because according to our home warranty "rules" that state you have to use the same contractor to fix their problems which is like sending your steak back to the kitchen after you griped about it. Why take that chance? This company (according to the builder ) had come back several times and come to find out all they did was add caulk. Since we have had competent roofer(s) fix their installation problems we have not a had a leak in the same place. Just new ones...

Roofed over rotten material.

ROOFERS WERE PROFESSIONAL, PRONTO ABOUT SHOWING UP FOR WORK AND POLITE. I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN MYSELF OR WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYone THAT WOULD NEED EXTERIOR WORK ON THEIR HOME.
