About us
kp construction has been in business in austin since 1990 working in both the residential and commercial new construction and remodel fields. We will build, remodel, paint, basically whatever you need in both residential homes and business offices. I have built numerous homes, 2 chick-fil-a restaurants, numerous new retail lease spaces (kids gym-hair salons-medical facility-needleworks studio- restaurant-jiffy lube-etc), and completed a ton of construction/remodel work for seton and the 26 doors shopping center. Most of our work (+/-60%) comes from several real estate agents and 2 interior decorating companies for whom we complete most of their work,(failed inspection items, repair/remodel prior to selling, painting, bath kitchen remodel, tile work, new granite counter tops, etc.). I employ 4-5 people besides myself who have been with me for at least 2-4 yrs.. We carry insurance, provide warranties, and have a long list of satisfied customers available in all areas of the construction industry. Most of the work is completed by ourselves, but we will use qualified and competent sub- contractors when necessary and required by code requirements. Most estimates free, but final pricing on larger projects may require small deposits. Discounts and referrals are accepted and rewarded to angie's list customers. I have always had great customer service, follow through (which is rare nowadays it seems), and maintain a high degree of trust with my customers. Plus, we are just fun to work with because we enjoy our job, joke around and converse with our customers and appreciate the opportunities we are given. I often have keys and codes so that we may come and go as necessary and have never had any problems. TRUST, QUALITY, AND PROFESSIONALISM ARE MY HIGHEST PRIORITIES!!
