Outstanding response. My AC was out in the middle of the summer. They responded within 5 (!!) minutes and set an appointment first thing next morning. The technician called at 7:30am, came by at 8:00, fixed the unit by 9:00. Highly recommend.

Craig provided the best price for the SEER rating I wanted. He answered all my numerous questions and gave me time to think about it. I chose a full heater and AC replacement, but Craig also offered me an excellent price to just replace the heater. He didn’t try to pressure me into the bigger purchase. He said it might take a week to schedule the install, but he had it ready in a couple days. His installation crew was extremely professional! They even apologized when they needed to use power tools. I don’t know how they got the old system out and the new one in without making a mess, but I couldn’t find a trace of their work afterwards, except my ancient system being replaced by a brand new one. Ray did the final adjustments and installation. He had a couple assistants with him that he was training. Ray was patient, polite, and thorough both to his assistants and to us. He even took the extra time to indulge my paranoia and disconnect the thermostat from WiFi. Overall I think K&M is an excellent choice for anything from a minor repair to a full system replacement. Craig and his whole team are extraordinarily knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.

Ray provided me with outstanding service and took time from his busy day to teach me all I needed to know about expert usage, service, and preventive maintenance on the HVAC unit in my new home. I had two other HVAC companies assess and only offer expensive replacement estimates but not teach me anything on what was actually causing what was in fact only a cost-effective service issue. This is the difference in integrity and professionality that K and M provided me. They used more analytical equipment than the other companies to locate a specific solvable issue rather than quickly send an unnecessary replacement of system estimate with no explanation of what was actually evident to an honest expert who took the time to teach a new homeowner. Highly recommend.

Quick response and did not try to oversell. I have had experience with other A/C companies that immediately try to sell you a new system. All that was required for our unit was cleaning the fins and some Freon.

I'm not happy with the way Home advisor app and pay pro are treating our contractors. I was unable to continue thru the app... These contractors pay a lot of money to use Home Advisor i think it should be a priority for the customers to get their review thru the app. I had to go out of my way to find a way to reward my contractor with the Positive review. Because he nor I want to be part of pay pro. I deleted my home advisor app from my phone. I used them for over 10 years and 4 houses. Thank you to K$M for the quick response and excellent service.

Exemplary service

I have two AC compressors and the one feeding the bedrooms died. The compressor motor burned out. The first outfit bid $7,000 but K and M delivered and installed a superior system for $2,500. I also got some plain, honest and informative comments from the K&M owner that debunked the misinformation from the first outfit. No question, they are my preferred source.

I wish they had a more convenient payment options. Other than that they were great.

Technician was knowledgeable, professional and courteous and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

Their owner and service tech were both very honest and trustworthy, and they helped me determine that another company who came out was trying to sell me an expensive TXV valve replacement that wasn t needed. HVAC working well again.

$400 to replace a capacitor.. Work done was excellent, just way too expensive. Half that would still be a little on the high side.

As with all AC work is it was a bit pricey but the outcome was fantastic. My Home is cold and the AC only runs part time in the 100+ degree heat. Should save a lot of money there. Should have called them a lot sooner.
