I think this company has the WORST customer service EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Starting from the owner Ken himself. We had our carpets steam cleaned by them and they did not dry for 17-18 hours when the representative that came to our house specifically said 3 hours, especially the way they dry it. That would have still been ok with us even though it was extremely inconvenient but we would have survived and did. But now because of the huge amount of time it took we don't know if there is mold under the carpet or will it form sometime in the near future? In addition the airconditioning was running at 71 degrees for 18 hours which of course came out of our pocket. Again all of this is still fine. But what REALLY REALLY gets me is that I spoke with this owner Ken Douglass. He was the most derogatory and demeaning person that has ever talked to me. He has no right whatsoever being in customer service. He spoke with me like I was a 2 year old child and even then, you don't talk that way. Extremely rude with no compassion or apologies for whatever miscommunication or misrepresentation there might be. He called me a liar when all I did was tell him exactly what his representative said when he came to our house. He actually made me feel extremely scared when I was talking to him over the phone. We have used K&M for years but will no longer use them nor would I recommend anyone use them at all unless you want to throw your money away. Not only do you get a bad product but you also get bad service. I am so sad I had to go through this.

I've used K&M twice for carpet cleaning and once for tile/grout cleaning. The first time was based on a friend's recommendation. I used them prior to moving into a new home to clean some carpeting. The carpet was 15 years old and looked new again. I was so impressed with their work, professionalism and punctuality that I hired them again when we were selling the house to clean the carpets and the tile and grout in our kitchen. The carpet and grout wasn't 100% 'new again' but after so many years of ground in dirt and little kids; they did what they could and it looked 110% better then it did. They also set expectations with me on the grout so I knew not everything would be able to come out ahead of time.
I don't have carpeting or much tile flooring anymore but I would definitely recommend this company to others.

We normally use Blackman Mooring for our carpet steam cleaning. We tried Kand M because their price was significantly better.
Here's what we liked about Kand M:
- They were on time
- They cleaned the carpet reasonably well.
- At nearly half the cost of Blackman Mooring, I think Kand M is a good value
Here's why I will probably go back to Blackmon Mooring:
- Kand M uses some cleaning agent/soap in their cleaning solution that left our carpet somewhat sticky and with a midly soapy smell. I've heard that the soap left behind from cleaning actually attracts dirt, and that seems to be true because the carpet seemed to get dirtier quicker after Kand M's cleaning
- BM uses only high temperature steam to clean, which seems to provide better, longer-lasting results
- BM seemed to remove more spots than Kand M
Here's what we liked about Kand M:

Everything went smoothy and quickly. This is one of the few companies that will actually move furniture for you. The workers were very professional. I receive estimates from a number of companies and their was the lowest with a special they were running.

They seemed to do an okay job, and the work was fine; I did not have anything to compare it with. I may use them in the future, but I am not sure. I really did not check a whole lot in that area; I might do some checking to see if I could do better.
