JUST TREES

I obtained three estimates for the proposed work. The gentleman from Just Trees who came out to examine the trees and estimate the work seemed very knowledgeable and took more time to examine the trees and explain their condition than the other two company reps. The written estimate from Just Trees was more detailed than the 2nd company's written estimate and the third company did not provide anything in writing. When the crew came to do the work, the estimator came back and went through the entire project with the foreman and me. The foreman also seemed very knowledgeable about the tree business. The crew worked very efficiently and without fuss or drama. At the end of the project they raked up the yard where they had worked, cleaned up all the leaves, twigs, sawdust and chips, and even cleaned debris out the pool. They finished the work in one day versus the two the other companies estimated and the cost was about 60% of the other two estimates. We are highly satisfied with the work Just Trees performed and would hire them again.

Overall it went well. Had some fits and starts getting the crew out but they will do the work even if you are at home.

Kirsten handled our call and consultation. She's very easy to deal with and personable as well as knowledgable. She sent a 3 person team at our convenience and the job was surprisingly done in a morning.

They took care of cleanup.

Because of our property needs and condition of our trees we will definitely be using them regularly. I recommend getting started sooner than we did so you don't have to remove as many dead trees (from drought and disease).

The person bidding the project was very knowledgeable and provided very good advise. We scheduled the job during a very rainy week, so it was, of course, delayed. They had the utility company mark all buried cable. All work was done as requested.

I thought the work they did was very clean and neat, and I can say that the workers did a fine job. The pricing was very reasonable and I could afford to get the work done. I like the customer service and everyone that I dealt with was extremely nice and helpful.
