BEWARE of this store. They do not do what they say they will do and they do not even try to resolve a problem when the mistake was theirs. I had a very good experience when I worked with a salesman and selected all of my products. I ordered very good quality brands (Grohe, Toto, etc.). At the time of purchase I asked if they deliver and the answer was yes. Not true. When my project was ready to begin I called my salesman I found out he had been fired. i talked to another salesman named Dustin who told me that they will not deliver. So my husband and I had to make multiple trips in a borrowed vehicle to pick everything up.

But that was minor. When my project started we found that the salesman had ordered a retrofit Grohe shower system (total cost $553.97) which could only be used if you have an existing Grohe shower -- which of course I don't have. When I called and asked how long it would take to swap it out with something I could use, Dustin very bluntly said that there wasn't anything they could do about it. Even though the mistake was admittedly theirs, I had to eat the cost -- $554. I asked to speak to the owner and of course he wasn't there. When I asked for his name, Dustin couldn't (wouldn't) tell me. So I asked Dustin to please have him call me back. Imagine my surprise when he never called. I will never buy anything else at this store. Absolutely horrible customer service!!

After my installers picked up the toilets and the model number was not the same I called Dustin.
He tried to tell me all Toto toilets are probably sanigloss.  I knew this was not the case so I
called the manager expressing firmly and emphatically my extreme displeasure.  He just chuckled
and asked me if I was over my anger.  I said yes, but he did noting to rectify the situation.

Waiting on new doors to be fabricated, but the carpenter was excellent.

Josco was the only company in town (and believe me, I tried them all) who was able to find the parts I needed to finish my job. If it wasn't for these guys' expert help, I would have faced wasting an additional several hundred dollars on my project, basically starting from scratch. I would highly recommend Josco Plumbing to anybody in need of plumbing parts and/or advice.
