jiffy Lube employees must be trained to sell services not requested. I don't like the bait and switch they play...."oh this coupon is only for normal oil changes. Your car requires special service". But when I check with Honda they wonder what service is not "normal".

Every Jiffy Lube is different and I have been to some less than desirable ones. This one is great! I waited over an hour but they were crowded and besides (1) It is worth the wait and (2) I had my iPad to keep me company. Also the waiting room is clean, has coffee, and a fairly nice TV. They are friendly, helpful, and honest. They discounted the bill and gave me a hepa filter (at my option) that he accidentally charged me for and I used it on my next oil change. This filter cleans the air coming into the cabin, in case you didn't know. I was very pleased with everything. I will use this Jiffy Lube location for all my future oil changes.
