Complete fluid level check.  Oil change as specified.  Widows cleaned.  Interior vacuumed.  Tire pressure checked/adjusted.  Work done speedily and efficiently.  Got a bonus in the form of a free carwash pass at a new car wash in the area.  Have had both vehicles done by Jiffy Lube near home - their good service will keep me coming back.

Awful! First, they tried to convince me that all my fluids needed replacing, then they attempted to reuse a non-reusable washer to seal the crank case. Discovered days later that I had an oil leak and took to my dealer, who found the problem and had to change the oil, again. They'd also overfilled the crank case, which CAN lead to serious damage.
