He was the one who did work for us earlier. He did a good work. There was a stone that was broken and the rain ran down our chimney. We have insurance and they sent somebody to check. We had three people to estimate it. One guy never turned up and we interviewed the other two. The water went through very fast and we didn't have any mould so they had to re-plaster the stuff up there and tape it. They may have replaced some of the sheets as well. They finished all of the wall painting and they are doing the tram. Then we had a separate job with our kitchen because it showed water from the very beginning and we have been here for thirteen years. We had that estimated separately and they are doing it. They keep everything up and cover things with plastic. They have been very kind about it and very careful. They are using some kind of paint for the wall and I haven't had any problem with the breathing. With the kitchen they separated a long five foot from the rest of the house. Its going well and it should probably be through in another day. When they put the chimney back they built a fan in it so that it will not happen again. We pulled out plans to find out what whether it was the fault of the architect or the builder that we had.

He has his own company and is sub-contracting with somebody else. He did the job without any payment. It was part of the original agreement for him. The roof is doing fine. He was professional. He was a little slow, but we had trouble connecting. The quality of work was okay. I don't know about the price. He had put on an expensive metal roof. It was quite expensive and I knew it was, but I don't remember how much it cost.

I told them my problem and they quoted a price and did the job. I thought by looking that the job was done right and it only took a few minutes for them to do it. The wind came up again and those same problem shingles came loose again. I would save the money and do it myself this time, to make sure it gets done right.
