My wife and I decided to buy a house in February of 2013 and we selected Jason Bernknopf as our realtor because he was highly recommended.  
First off, Jason is always available which is very important when you are trying to purchase a home.  He is also very personable, professional and he made us feel at ease through the whole home buying process.   Every question we had he was confidently able to answer or get the answer, explain it in detail, and then follow up to make sure we were satisfied.
Jason has a lot of experience, knows the city very well and is always on top of the latest trends in real estate.  When we decided to look for a home he was able to determine exactly what we were looking for and showed us a variety of different properties that matched our desires.  
When we found a home we really liked he wasted no time in getting a contracted presented to the seller giving us the best opportunity in a strong sellers market. He was very detailed in every aspect of the process and his guidance was outstanding.

Jason helped us purchase our Austin home in 2011, and spent a week with us showing homes from all parts of town.
