A few years ago I needed a repair from a wind storm and I called Ja-Mar Roofing & Sheet Metal. They did a great job repairing the roof so when I needed the roof replaced I called them. They promptly came and gave me an estimate that I felt was quite fair. They came out a few days later and put on a beautiful roof with super warranties. Couldn't be happier. Happy camper, Tom

Ja-Mar roofing and sheet metal did an amazing job from beginning to end. Previously a few years back we tried to make a claim on our roof due to wind and hail damage and the insurance company denied it. With subsequent damage from storms we were compelled to make another claim. This time we used Ja-mar. Kenedee Hall worked miracles with her expertise, and experience. So, this time we had no problem getting our claim approved. They did their homework! We picked out a wonderful quality roofing product and their team did the rest. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and results. Pick Ja-mar and they will put you at ease, and give you the results you were hoping and praying for.

While their workmanship may be commendable, their customer service and professionalism is not. They will not respect your home or your time. They did not keep our condo complex with 32 residents clean or safe throughout the project. They end their workdays at 9 pm (for a total of almost 14 hours of banging on your roof) and leave nails in your parking lots. Their foreman, Johnny, is completely disrespectful and will ruin a relationship over a 5-minute clean-up request.

Outstanding Support and work was performed by a great crew of roofers. I will recommend this company to anyone who wants a roof replacement. From start to finish Iâ ve been informed by bill Robertson as work progressed and I received my payment from State Farm. Thank you Ja-Mar roofing.

Courteous and professional.

It was explained to me that this company has computer set rates for certain categories of jobs regardless how simple or complex. My project required about 45 minutes to complete and I was charged the maximum amount. The work done was fine but I think it was too expensive. I think they should be allowed to set the price depending on the amount of work required, not just by category.

They replaced our asphalt roof based on hail damage. They found where the leak was coming from, worked with the insurance company and completed the job as quickly as possible. Was great to work with them.

I had the opportunity to work with Bill Robinson who is very professional and does what he commits to doing. Fast job estimating the cost for the metal roof. The old roof had tar and gravel which was removed, they replaced the rotten wood and insulation the same day. The sent me photos during the job to keep me up to date on their progress. Quality is important as Ja-Mar walks the talk at they completed the job. I recommend hiring these folks for your metal roof needs. I know that, if I every do another roof job my first call will be to Ja-mar.

The roofer knew what he was doing and he was very profressional. He was on time (a BIG PET PEEVE OF MINE) and was courtious and cleaned up after himself; His price was right on line. He also did my neighbor's roof at the same time/same day - saving us $$$ He also cleaned up all 'garbage, etc. KOUDOS TO HIM! Thanks - I would recc'd him to anyone who needed an HONEST ROOFER!!!
