I was not sure how a remodel worked when we first started. But working with Jack and a few others (Cabinet, appliance group) it all came together.
I was lucky since they all ended up knowing each other so it went fairly smoothly. There were a few delays along the way so what we planned on finishing by end of year ran into end of following January. Total Job took from first week in November 2014 to end of January 2015. So just at 3 months.
The overall budget of 45k went over by around 20% due to some electrical issues and plumbing issues. And then me picking out different lighting components.
Jack was easy to work with. He called or contacted us back within an hour or so when we had questions or concerns. Jack took care of the permits and worked with the city to get our job pass the inspection phase.
All of the individuals he contracted with to complete the work were friendly and responsive when I stopped by to check on work.
