I like them. They are on my regular maintenance program. They handled some special projects for me. It took about three weeks. They workers were nice. They left everything clean.

Good. Was trapped second night. I think the guy's name was Jose'. Very nice and knowledgeable, experienced. This possum was living under my deck (for a while) and creating chaos and stress whenever I'd let my little dog out and the possum was in the yard or ON the deck. Very relieved it's gone. Good job. I was given a price over the phone (..."not more than") but it was higher when Jose' got here. He explained "may be a new person working phone." It was still a fair price to me to get rid of it. Other than that miscommunication, I'd give 4 stars.

The technician did not find any evidence of rodents in our attic but did find multiple possible entry points for rodents. We had all of those openings closed and were very happy with the work done by the company.

Professional as regards scheduling and showing up. Also very good at attending to bug issues that occurred after rains, both in communication and action. Price is fair. I recommend them.

They were great. Kept coming out, trying new things in the traps which were set up Monday through Friday. Patched all the possible entry holes and when the raccoon warped two vents trying to get out, he patched those as well to keep the raccoon out. He was courteous and professional and thorough. Nice thing is that the work is guaranteed for a year. I would definitely use them again.

These folks are terrific! They returned my inquiry call immediately and came right out to begin work. Tiny holes at each corner of the roof were plugged. David set rat traps and came back by every other day to dispose of the bodies. After two weeks of this constant watch the rats were gone, but we heard footsteps in the attic again. When I called, Becky came right out to walk through the whole attic and determined we also had squirrels- which requires different tactics. She found a tiny hole under the roof. David attached a live one way trap door which would allow squirrels to leave but not return. After several days of constant checking the trap was removed and the hole repaired. They also found two tiny places in the garage that could possibly allow access, so covered those. It took almost a month of this kind of diligence to convince us that we were at last free of pests. Becky and David are friendly, prompt, helpful and very knowledgable. We are very pleased with the work.

After getting an estimate (which was less than other places in town), they came out and set up a trap. We were lucky, the day after setting the trap, the possom was caught. They came out and removed the little guy and took him far-far away.
They even provided me with information on how to seal the area the possom was using as an entry point (which saved me money). I highly recommend.

They not only came and provided advice on how to trap the rats, they did not charge for the service and were very honest in that we pretty much had it covered. I had Absolute Pest Management provide an estimate the previous day and it was over $700. They are an honest company that truly wants to help with your pest problem.

Took a while to get scheduled because they were very busy. They did an amazing job, inspected problem areas and gave lots of great tips. When we saw baby cockroaches a few weeks later, they came to do a second treatment at no cost, and were able to schedule in one day.

They scheduled an appointment within a couple of days. Becky was prompt, cheerful, and efficient. She showed us the clues that pointed to possums, which included especially the location of the noises in the bathtub area, a favorite place for possums to give birth. This made sense to us since the noises we'd been hearing sounded like something bigger than rats. She laid an application of scent on the bathtub drain which she said could frighten them away and said to let her know when we had sealed all the openings and she would lay the traps. We hired a contractor we know to seal the house, including building a new access door, at a cost of under $250.The company charged us $149 to lay the traps and check them four times, paid at the conclusion of service. The traps never caught anything, but the animals left by burrowing under the house a few days after the traps were laid. Though no animals were trapped, we were glad to pay for expert advice and an end to the problem. Nearly four months has brought no return of the problem.

The office employees were very responsive, courteous and very personable. The tech arrived on time for every visit.; an entrapment requires multiple visits. He did not perform the actual service until the second visit due to a tight schedule. This was a little disappointing because the office employees indicated he would inspect, give an estimate and then perform the service. Unfortunately he did not have time; however, all ended up well in the end. This was a rental property, so it may have been a bit frustrating for the company because the tenants were difficult to reach. They were good about communicating with me the progress. All-in-all; the service was very good and I would recommend to others.

After ready all the positive reviews, called for an appointment. I appreciate the way I was treated and the knowledge base of all involved. The tech arrived right on time, performed exactly what was quoted (and priced). Very happy with the results. Will be using this company in the future, and have passed on their name to other friends and neighbors.
