It went just fine. The sales representative that I had was extremely helpful with all of my questions and concerns. I think that was extremely important to me because I just gotten a new puppy.

The Invisible fence process is pretty smooth. Practiced, and experienced gal came out and explained the service, measured the property and walked it with me, wrote up a quote and signed an agreement. A few days later another technician came and reviewed the diagram with me and flagged the yard. The next crew came and installed. Soup to nuts was about a week and 2000$. 
The guys who installed trained both our dogs. There were a few return visits to train the dogs and that was about it.

I would recommend them to others. The fence has never been faulty. They did a great job. The woman we dealt with was very professional and friendly. It was a nice experience with them.

It has been a really good experience. My dog wears a collar that has a battery in it and after time they send me new batteries. The invisible fence has been working just fine. I can reach the company by phone or email. They are very accessible.

I like the idea of the system and it actually works well with the new dog we have. My first dog is just too stubborn, so in this case, I don't really feel like I got my money's worth.
