"I'm sorry that this person is not satisfied with the job. But I'm not at all surprised by the review. Her own words should serve as my defense and the response I submit. This is the first I've known that this person was dissatisfied with the curtain rod installation. (It took me over two hours to hang the rods because she could not make up her mind about height from floor and width around window.) But yet, I only charged her for one hour of my time. And it must be noted that this job was done on July 4th, to accommodate her schedule. In her own words, "MY MISTAKE, Giving the guy another shot." I don't know why someone would hire me again if they were already dissatisfied with me. To get this wall painted, I once again had to meet her always changing schedule. I re scheduled at least two times on very short notice to accommodate her needs, while bumping other clients that were already scheduled. It must be noted that, in her own words she said, "This wall had been "botched" three previous times before." I quoted that would cost $150.00 to paint. She agreed. I did the best I could to satisfy her. Even offered repaint if it remained uneven at no charge. She declined my offer. There are a couple of other things she brought up that clearly demonstrates what I was dealing with. She called me out in this review for being 15 minutes EARLY to start the job. I was able to get in the gate without her having to come let me in and by doing so, I started the painting at exactly 9:30am, as promised. Complaining about being EARLY???? She also found necessary to call out over 100 previous reviews posted about my work. Insinuating that they were not real reviews. It's one thing to berate and attack my character, but to attack other clients of mine. Beyond belief. Unacceptable! As for payment. She had two weeks to stop payment on the check if she was really this dissatisfied."
"Thank you. I hope everything is continuing to work well. I look forward to working with you in the future."
