Richard was very responsive and helpful.  He looked at the shower fixture and determined that one of the cartridges in the fixture needed to be replaced.  Unfortunately it was not a part he had on his truck and we had to wait until the plumbing supply houses opened on Monday.  Turns out the part is not stocked locally and we had to get it from the manufacturer.  Richard took the cartridge to multiple places to try to find the cartridge.  After finding out it would be a week or more before we could get the part from the manufacturer he came back out later that same evening and capped the fixture so we could use the water in the rest of the house without the shower fixture leaking.  He did all this willingly and did not charge anything extra for coming back out.  Richard also flushed the tankless hot water while he was out.  That exposed a leak in the heat exchanger that we were not aware of.  Another issue, but Richard has been great in helping us work through that issue as well.  Highly recommend Richard Inscore plumbing!
