Initially told me that he would have to do the repair the next day, but ended up being able to do it the same day, including installing windows transferred from the old door panel. The old panel was a lighter gauge of steel than the lower 3, and he replaced with the heavier gauge. I was very late to getting to write this review. It was done over a year ago, and has held up great.

The job was priced fairly and his professionalism was greatly appreciated. The cable was rewound, all the moving parts were lubricated and the tension was tightened. I called this morning, was given a late afternoon time slot, was given a call about 20 minutes before arrival, and he was here in that time frame. Very professional and answered all my questions politely

We had expected the work to start around 9am but they did not show up until 11 :30am. The installation went smoothly and the clean-up was satisfactory. The technicians did the job efficiently. The garage doors are working well. There was a $25 garage door removal fee included in the final bill which we were not aware of beforehand.

Great.  My handyman was replacing the rubber strip at the bottom of my double garage door.  In the process, he got the door off the track and I could not get my car in or out of the garage. I made a beeline for Angie's List and I purchased a garage door tune up on Sunday night.  They called me promptly the next day, a Monday.   They came out after work the next day-Tuesday.  I am happy to be able to put my car back in the garage and enter the house that way instead of traipsing in the dark to the front door and fumbling for the light and keys.  It's good to know that the garage door, and the opener, is in tip top shape again.

Perfect!! I was so impressed with the service of Hutchins. I was searching for a garage door and had quite a few estimates. I started my search close to a year ago. I wasn't in a rush to get the door replaced . So, after my intensive searching, I put the garage door project aside. I called hutchins when I was ready to get the door replaced and they honored the price they quoted me at my original search. They were prompt in contacting me and prompt arriving at my home. The associate Jeremy is hilarious. He is a people person and was very patient waiting for me to move a couple of items in the garage that needed to be moved. When Jeremy finished installing the door, he brought it to my attention that the door had a scratch on the inside insulation of the door. (Cmon, so what, I thought).I got a call the next morning informing me that they wanted to come out and replace the insulation panel. All I could say was WOW!!! That's great service. Lastly, I can say, the service beat the price and i got a very good price for this door. I Highly recommend Hutchins.
