There are no application fees or upfront charges for the lending process. Lending fees and closing costs are disclosed upfront at application and follow federal lending regulations and not collected until the loan closing.

Houston was very helpful and professional. Answered all my questions and checked in continuously to make sure we were on track. His team was helpful getting together all the documentation needed. Houston also helped me through the process of contesting my initial appraisal which at the end was successful.
I had used Houston before with my initial home purchase 6 years prior and would use him a third time.
