I had a lot of trouble in dealing with the real estate agent, and the office was not at all helpful with anything. I had asked him to contact the buyer of my home to go over some things with them, and he kept giving me his opinion of what I should do, and not listening to what I wanted to do. When he eventually did contact the buyer, he did not communicate with me very well with me. I had contacted his office and asked that they be present when I met with him, which they refused to do. The agent told me that I was wasting my time contacting the broker, because he did not work for him, and basically told me that he was going to sue me if I contacted his office again. I also wanted to have my lawyer look over the new purchase agreement, and he told me that if my lawyer was involved, he too would hire a lawyer to come in.
