The installations was carefully and professionally completed to our satisfaction. The installer explained the work done. He took pictures for us to provide the city inspector to show it was properly insulated. We are very pleased with our door.

They did pretty good.

It was great. They came out and measured. They said it was going to be 4-6 weeks. The installation took 2 days. The ordering took about 4 weeks. The guy who came out could not have been nicer. I like the fact that they told me if I didn't like it, that they would fix it. I just loved their service. They really made an effort and it was a painless experience.

They did an okay job on the doors. The installation was fine. There wasn't really anything outstanding about it. I would probably use somebody different in the future.

I am not happy with the work by Home Depot. It was not a good job. It doesn't look professional at all, we still have stuff if you look up under the counter-top and where a couple of the counter-tops meet, it's not leveled; it doesn't line up with each other so there's a little bit of a lift, a little bit of misalignment of the counters. When you look at the kitchen, you can even see some of the seams that are in there are fairly noticeable.

They were easy to work with for the entire process. We had a back window and we wanted it to have as much of a viewing space as we could. They installed a window that had a lot of vinyl and it did obstruct the view and they were willing to work with us. They came out and advised us on a better option and they just charged for the labor to make us happy even though it was an upgrade. They were prompt, responsive, and they took care of the work that we needed them to do.

Everything went without any problems. They showed up when they said that they were going to show up. I really had no issues with them. They were timely, professional and they completed the job as they said that they would. They also had a good price.

They have a good selection, at good prices. The availability is also really good.  I would use Home Depot again if I needed to rent anything.

Went in to get a carpet quote. After speaking to them for a while and finding a carpet we may be able to afford I took samples home. When I came back to return them, as I walked into the carpet area w/ a smile on my face ready to sit down and figure out the numbers,  the sales person looked annoyed and did even smile or acknowledge me.  (I guess b/c he was w/ a customer & making a sale - still very rude). I dropped off the samples and walked around the carpet area for a bit. Realizing he had zero intentions of making a sale with me, I left. Now, I wasn't expecting him to drop what he was doing or come running over or anything. But an acknowledgement would have been a good start. But no, that didnt' happen. I ended up going to another Home Depot and ordering the carpet we wanted.I wil use Home Depot again, just not this location.

Their price is pretty good. Its close and they are very convenient. Anybody who lives here would recognize Home Depot. They have two big hardwood stores here in town. I am pretty pleased with them. If one needs a plant or a piece of wood, they can get it from them. I would use them again in the future.

Things were fantastic and everyone was great. I think the quote was only off by about $50. They gave a significant discount because we did the flooring and carpeting at the same time. It was a smooth process, they installed the carpet in one day and the hardwood in two days, and they met all of their commitments.

We always have something going wrong. Most recently, I had to replace some electrical plugs. There is always someone to help you if you had a problem. I found what I was looking for, and they work great.

They contacted the person who laid the carpet and he was terrific. I had been told that carpeting was expensive. The salesperson worked with me on different styles and different types of carpeting. I ended up getting green carpeting. My whole experience with them was very good.

Overall, excellent job. Rachel in the flooring area was very knowledgeable and very very helpful. She was great to work with in selecting what I wanted. They contract out with an installation company, and after a few fits and starts (the original moisture level was too high for their standards, so we thought we would have to go with hardwood which would have cost more, but the next day they changed their percentages so we could do the laminate after all). Because of this, and the holiday season, it took longer to get the job done than I would have liked, but it was no one's fault. The installers were very competent and hard working, and they did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the final result! And they guarantee their work completely. There was a problem around some closet doors, but they came out and worked to fix the problem. I had special ordered some trim they thought I needed, but when it turned out I didn't, I returned it to Home Depot for a full refund.

Overall, very pleased. Rachel, the sales person in the flooring section, was wonderful, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. As to installation, they contract with another company, but I was very pleased with them as well. They worked hard and did an excellent job. The finished work is beautiful. They had to come back out to fix around some closet doors, but they guarantee their installation so there was no problem. In fact, I had special ordered a few extra pieces they thought I needed, but when they couldn't use them, I returned them to Home Depot for a full refund. We are very happy and will use them again when we redo the flooring in the rest of the house.
