My husband and I are selling our home in Oregon in eager anticipation of moving to Austin. Though our home has not yet sold, we still wanted to learn the Austin area, neighborhoods, and housing market. Home City provided us a realtor who specializes in helping out-of-towners. Matt Kinnett far exceeded our expectations. He drove us around Austin and surrounding communities, he explained, he listened, he described, he questioned. He was punctual, articulate, learned and happy to help. Absolutely fantastic. Very professional. Very helpful. He is definitely who we will use when we purchase a home in Austin. I highly recommend his services!
