HILL COUNTRY OUTDOOR POWER
About us
Hill Country Outdoor Power is a local family-owned outdoor power equipment dealership located in southwest Austin. For over a decade, we’ve built a reputation for selling and servicing best-in-class outdoor power equipment for commercial and residential lawn and landscape maintenance applications. Unlike the national chain stores, we carefully select the products we sell to ensure they will stand up to the tough conditions that are the reality of life (and weather) in Central Texas. We sell equipment that's built-to-last and we service the equipment we sell because we're dedicated to keeping our customers mowing, trimming, edging, sawing, and blowing all year-round!

"Dear Mr [Member Name Removed], As I explained in the letter that accompanied your refund check, I am very sorry you remain unsatisfied. I understand that you were unhappy to learn that your two pressure washers could not be returned to full working order for the amount you wished to spend on their repair. And I understand that you regretted authorizing the repair and then attempted to unauthorize it after-the-fact. That said, I do not believe the personal attacks on our employees, the verbal abuse you subjected them to during your visits and phone calls, or the defamation written here is remotely appropriate. As I believe is your desire also, I would encourage you to have your equipment repaired elsewhere in the future. Again I am very sorry this occurred, but I believe we have reasonably resolved this issue to the best extent possible for all parties."
