Henry And Company Real Estate is the first realtor I've ever worked with, and I hope he gets tons of work from this website because he is the best. He reminded me, he called me up and said I want to remind you you only have one month left to homestead your house - which you have to do here in Texas - and here's the stuff you need to take care of that, it is really easy. He is really great. He gave me the information and sent me a link, and I had been procrastinating. He said he'd call me, I knew it was coming up, and then I got the e-mail that said it is really easy: just do this and this and there it will be done. I would say A++ for the experience. He charged the standard realtor fee, and if it had worked in my budget I would have paid him 10% more, he was so wonderful. He is also the kind of guy that listens to you. He doesn't try to sell you what he likes, he listens to you. We were looking at several houses while we were living in Utah. He went out and walked through the neighborhoods for us, and walked through the house. He said this was a really nice neighborhood for us. Then in another case he said look, the house is really nice but I don't think the neighborhood is the right place for you and your kids.

I am not finished using them yet, but I would highly recommend them to whoever is looking for a house now. I am really impressed with him, and he's helping us to find a house in Austin. He is very responsive when I send an email with a question and he responds to me almost immediately. And if ever I would buy another home in the future I would certainly use his services again.
