Henna Chevrolet

I have been going there for about 16 years. I really like their service department. I buy my cars there too. The service guys are very, very good. That is why I keep going back there is because of the service. They are responsive. They give you the price. They don't fool around with you and try to jack around with you. They give you a straight shot price.

They are also very helpful if there is anything on the books that they can pay for like a GM recall. One time, I had to have some automatic rear view mirrors fixed there, and they came in and talked to me. They found a recall on it, so instead of it costing $200, it only cost me $10.

I will steer clear of Henna unless 3000 lower than competion.

It's good and it's prompt. They charge like anybody else, I suppose. They were thorough.

I had called in for an appointment and was able to talk to Mark Wilson almost immediately. He asked lots of question about the problems I was having. He arranged for a loaner (a brand new Chevy truck). 4 hours later I was called and told that the car was ready and they didn't find any problems. They did explain everything they did. When I got there the guy I talked to said that Mark had asked him to wash the car for me. He said if I could wait a few minutes he would have it ready. In the meantime Mark came by, shook my hand, and thanked me for coming in. In a short while, my clean car was brought to me. I was very impressed by all the people I dealt with. This was my first time at this dealer (except to buy the car). The last dealer I dealt with was mostly rude and I had bought a bunch of cars from them. I will definitely use this dealer again. Thanks, guys, for treating me so well.

They said that you don't see this type of thing go bad again. Yet it went bad a month after the warranty expired. They didn't want anything to do with it. It was only because of my aggressiveness with them that they did repair it again.

.They were wonderful with all the trouble I had wiht GM they stepped up to the plate and took care of me. And then didn't even charge me for what GM should have done to begin with. They are all wonderful. I would go to him again anytime I need work done on my car.

I went to get new brake pads, get an opinion on whether I needed new tires or not, and to get the oil changed. Even though I was told at another auto service shopp that I needed new brakes, Henna told me that I had "at least another 12 to 15,000 miles" left on my brake pads. Contrary to what the other auto service shop told me, I was told that I needed two new tires, not four. They did change the oil. As Henna did not carry the exact tread pattern, I went elsewhere for the new tires. I dropped the car off about 7:30 a.m., and was called at my office about 8:15 telling me the results of their inspections and that the car would be ready for pickup any time after 9:00 a.m.
