Replaced Front Exterior Door on 40 year old home. Doug was prompt, courteous, and friendly. The door installation was great and it is plum and true - when you swing it open it stays exactly where you leave it...especially good on an old home. The one thing I would have changed about the exchange was for clarity on any additional charges for supplies...my bad for not asking and overall it was still $70 cheaper (& 5 days quicker) than going with Lowes. I will use Doug on other projects.

Called to repair toilet leak, not repaired. Line from tank to valve leaked after service not leaking before. Repairman was not concerned with water on floor when he left. Had to buy a new line and install it my self.

"I was called to fix the toilet tank leak. Which I replaced the flapper and the ballcock. The water on the floor was what was left from cleaning up what little water was on the floor. It was peel and stick vinyl and it is not going to be completely wiped up. I never had got a call back from this client as to any other leak. And before I left and got a check from the homeowner. He inspected and O.K.ad.If they would of called me back it would have been repaired. But never a call back. You can tell the quality of work that has been performed on other projects by reading the reviews below."
