The sales person was very informative and helpfulm without being pushy. I visited several furniture stores that day, with this one being the first and the last one. The delivery team that they have is also top notch. They ensured that the new furniture was properly wrapped up so that it wont scratch my doors. A week after delivery, we noticed a minor problem with the sofa and got free service at our home from Havertys promptly. The issue was a spring that wasnt attached in the sofa.

My new home is scheduled to close in about 30 days. Of course, this is never a guarantee and the bank does not want to see any new charges between now and then. Havertys worked with me by allowing me to place the order with an open delivery date so as to take advantage of current sale prices. The furniture will be physically put aside in the warehouse to ensure it is ready for delivery when I call. There was a 25% completely refundable down payment required for the service. No credit check was required because I was not taking delivery. I have not found any other stores so easy to work with.

This is the location closest to my home, I used the online ordering system. Everything was great! They have a sophisticated order/delivery system, it really made the process run smoothly. I will absolutely order from Haverty's again! If everyone conducted their business as Haverty's does, there would be no need for these lists!
